Bottomline

The Merrell Women's Moab Mid Waterproof Hiking Boot with its M-Select Fresh and DRY feature offers both dryness and odor control during summer hours. The Leather upper and Vibram Lugs act as barriers to stop water and moisture from entering, thereby, make hiking in snow and rains viable. The Waterproofing feature also keeps the shoe enough insulated to maintain warmth during winter days. With all-weather protection, the shoe also has excellent traction with the 5 mm lugs. Some have felt the waterproofing to be inadequate and the shoe too warm in summer, but the protection and support cover for the cons.

Merrell Moab 2 Mid WP - Women's Review | OutdoorGearLab

The Moab 2 Mid's strongest feature is their consistency and comfort right out of the box; unfortunately they fall short in terms of durability and water resistance.
